Wonderful, engrossing film and a great story. Viggo Mortensen shined and carried the whole thing. Remains one of my all time favs, particularly as it succeeds in bridging at least in the imagination the gap between West and East. Second viewing. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0317648/
